Bidders Conference The Foundation will host a Bidders Conference for representatives of organizations interested in applying for grants on Thursday, March 11, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the MetroWest Community Health Care Foundation. This session will include information on completing the online application as well as additional information on the Foundation’s initiatives and proposal writing tips. Please RSVP by Monday, March 8 by calling 508-879-7625. Attendance by those who will be involved in writing and submitting the application is strongly encouraged. Concept Papers Organizations interested in applying for grants are encouraged to submit a 2-3 page concept paper to the Foundation in advance of a full proposal. Concept papers must be submitted at least three weeks before the proposal deadline. Although no formal format is required, applicants should read Tips for Writing a Concept Paper. Proposal Deadline Proposals must be submitted online and received by the Foundation by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 9, 2010.
